Using multiple instance, 3 way conference call with gTalk is possible. To do this, follow this step:
1. Right click on you gTalk shortcut icon, and choose properties.
2. At the end on the Target Line box, add /nomutex
3. Click OK to save the change.
Now you can open multiple instance of gTalk. This is useful for
conferencing call. Remember, each person on the conference call need to
open 2 instance of gTalk.
Ok, this is the scenario to open the conference call.
1. Have all the caller to open 2 instance of gTalk.
2. User A makes a call from his 1st gTalk instance to User B.
3. User B accept call from User A with his 2nd gTalk instance.
4. User B makes a call from his 1st gTalk instance to User C.
5. Like User B, User C is connecting to User B with his 2nd gTalk instance.
6. And so, User C makes a call to User A with his 1st gTalk instance.
7. User A automatically accept call from User C with his 2nd gTalk instance.
The reason why this way happens is Google will try to connect to the newest opened instance.
You can also make more then 3 way conferencing call with this trick.

Disclaimer:
You need a valid License of Apple MacOSX to install OSX to your PC. Downloading OSX from internet is ILLEGAL.
Before begin instalation, Check your hardware compatibility here http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
You will need at least SSE2 capable processor either AMD or INTEL. check your hardware using cpu-z.
Instal your Windows XP first. then follow this step:
1. Create a new PRIMARY partition after your first Primary Partition at least 6,7GB unallocated space. This partition is to OSX installation partition.
2. If needed, make FAT32 Partition to share files between XP and OSX. This is because OSX can not write on NTFS partition.
3. On Command Prompt (Start -> Run -> ‘CMD’) type diskpart
4. Type list disk and select your disk number, ex: select disk 0 if your created partition is on ‘disk 0′.
5. Type create partition primary id=af this will create parition for OSX installation.
6. Close your Command Prompt, then reboot your computer.
7. Boot to your DVD OSX Installation. Then follow instruction.
8. After selecting Language, do not click anything until menu at the top appears. Then select ‘Disk Utility’ under ‘Utilities’ menu. Format your AF partition. When finished, verify your formatted partitioin and click mount if it not mounted automatically.
9. Back to Installation menu, click ‘Continue’. Follow the setup instruction. Don’t forget to select ‘Customize‘.
10. After finish, eject your DVD Installation and reboot your computer. You will not see the OSX Boot menu. Boot to your XP.
11. On Windows XP, you may install other 3rd party programs for boot selector. Such as “Acronis OS Selector, or Boot Magic
12. If you don’t want to use other software, then download this file, and copy to your root windows partition (usually C:\).
13. Edit your ‘boot.ini’ files, add the following string to the bottom: C:\chain0=”Mac OSX”
Check your added paths with “MSCONFIG” to make sure. And set timeout if needed.
14. Reboot your computer. Select to your OSX. Hit down arrow key, then select your OSX installed partition.
15. Enjoy your new OSX..
There will be some driver problem issue depending on your hardware chipset. I’ll post it later.
